The mid-season update for Warzone Season 3 brings several significant changes to the map, including the addition of Nakatomi Plaza to the mix. For those who don’t know, Nakatomi Plaza is a famous fictional building where Kohn McClane takes on the terrorist and robber Hans Gruber in Die Hard.
Anyone looking to explore Nakatomi Plaza will be able to find the current broadcast building as soon as the mid-season Season 3 update is launched.
Nakatomi Plaza will consist of five playable floors, including a roof that is heavily inspired by Die Hard movies. On the roof, players will be able to find an optional mission that they can complete, which includes disarming some C4s and interrupting the arms trade. It will also be possible to get to the safe, which is located in Nakatomi Plaza, and get into the hands of the enormous wealth inside.
For now, we assume that the easiest way to get to the roof is to simply parachute when you jump into play at the beginning of the round, although there is almost certainly a ground-to-roof route. The buildings and the area surrounding Nakatomi Plaza will also change from what’s currently in play, so it can be expected that it will be difficult to get to the building from the ground if it is already occupied.
