Even against the new modern titles, the hit game from Rockstar still manages to place high on the list of monthly sales. After the original release for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the game was quickly ported to Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and now it’s the same with next-generation consoles. Rockstar has announced the release date of Grand Theft Auto V for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, although fans will have to wait a little longer.
IN contribution to Rockstar Newswire, the developer announced that “expanded and improved versions of Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online” will be released on PS5 and Xbox Series X on November 11, 2021. But that’s not all, as the studio also teased that it had some surprises and “special benefits ”for players, including some for GTA Online fans only.
GTA Online also receives its own edition, similar to the standalone version of Red Dead Online. However, Rockstar has some additional benefits planned for PlayStation players. Anyone who wants to play GTA Online on their PS5 system will be able to pick up a standalone version of the game for free during the first three months after the release. On the other hand, PlayStation Plus members who still play on PS4 can claim 1,000,000 GTAs each month from today until GTA Online is released on PS5.
