The Orda is coming to Black Ops Cold War Zombies Outbreak alongside a new main quest and weapon buffs

Orda comes to Black Ops Cold War Zombies Outbreak along with a new main mission and weapon lovers

Zombie players have something to look forward to with this weekly Black Ops Cold War update.

Treyarch shared contour new Zombies content and its additions Black Ops Cold War this Thursday with an update in the middle of the season. Although there is no new map for standard round zombies, this is a particularly complex update.

First, Outbreak will have its own main task, otherwise known as the Easter egg. Since launch, Outbreak has never had meta-targets that go beyond the most immediate tasks players in each region have to perform. This changes with the patch that introduces the task, along with new information for hunting.

The enemy in Outbreak will be strengthened by the arrival of the giant boss Orda as a world event. Treyarch also teased that fishing was coming to Outbreak, but he didn’t share much there.

The new content expands to weapons, and the Mystery Box list is now updated to include all weapons at launch. All weapons in Zombies receive buffs in the same update, in both standard and Pack-a-Punched variants. As for weapons, Outbreak players will now be happy that all weapons found in this level can now use unlocked plans and attachments.

You will be able to use your current settings for that weapon using the Use Schedule feature. Another big change in the quality of life in the patch is the ability to ping the world map. In the future, you can expect the suspension offer to follow daily calls, operator missions, etc., but with this week’s update, it won’t come.

Something else Zombies should look forward to is the new Cranked, an even faster version of the mode, available on Firebase Z and Die Maschine as a limited-time event with a mid-season update.

Looking a little further into the future, Treyarch stressed that work is continuing on another round map of the Zombies, which will arrive sometime in season 4. The new map, which has not yet been revealed, takes place after completing the Outbreak task – a good incentive to jump in and out, when it comes.

The team is also in the early stages of developing additional Zombies content, such as new benefits, support weapons, Wonder Weapons and time-limited modes – all of which will come in the next few seasons.
