The Path of the Splicer II is the second weekly task in the Splicer season to send players back to the Override. He plays similarly to the first week with similar goals, but this time the Override missions take place on the moon and are against the enemies of the Hive.
The first step is to kill the enemies and complete the activities to collect either, then use ether to create the key code in the Splicer Gauntlet. Once done, they can open the director, get to the HELM, and then click on the blue Override icon to launch an event on the Moon.
Override on the Moon takes place similarly to Europe in terms of overall mechanics, but there are some differences between them. The most visible of these is that you take the Hive for the first waves on the moon. Everything else plays the same, you have to catch the motes, let them into the central structure and hack it as usual.
Enemies that appear include many unstoppable giants and a huge number of Shreikers. Once the team gets to the Vex reality part, things get a little mixed up. Most mechanics remain the same, but the boss teleports you behind the energy wall in every third of her health, and you’ll have to kill Scytal there, then transfer the data point via the teleporter and back to the main area.
In addition, everything remains the same. After the run, return to Fallen’s room in HELM and listen to Mithrax, Osiris and Saint-14, then talk to Mithrax through the Servitor.
