Nvidia has announced the RTX 3080 Ti and 3070 Ti, a duo of new flagship GPUs that will hit the market very soon. Nvidia continues to complement the traditional layers of its graphics card offering with these two units and introduces players around the world to two new high-end consumer cards.
The 3080 Ti will be available on June 3 for $ 1199, delivering 1.5 times the performance of the 2080 Ti and 12GB of GDDR6X VRAM. Anyone who wants to buy it will need a powerful power supply, because the power input will be 350 W. How this difficult draw affects cooling remains to be seen, but it must be said that the standard 3080 cooling solution was effective, so there is no reason to believe that Nvidia won’t do well.
3070 will be available on June 10 for $ 599 and will offer a more attractive price for consumers who still have money to spend but would rather avoid the most expensive cards. The 3070 Ti will provide 1.5 times the performance of the 2070 Super and will have 8 GB of GDDR6X VRAM.
Both cards will support Nvidia ray-tracing, DLSS super sampling and Reflex technology. All of this information describes Nvidia units available directly from the manufacturer and we do not yet have any information about the cost of third party AIB availability.
Surprisingly, the comparison with the 3080 and 3070 cards is missing, so it will be interesting to see what the comparison results say when the new set gets into the hands of the testers. And of course, as of the past year, expect hot competition if you want to try to get one of these units on launch day.
