BioWare has released new new concept drawings for Dragon Age 4, to show a mage armed with a twisted old wand.
Christian Dailey, CEO of Dragon Age 4, has released another piece of conceptual art that gives us a little better insight into what we can expect from the upcoming Dragon Age 4 from BioWare.
Dailey was invited to release the image after creative director Matthew Goldman suggested that the studio show fans something to give them an influx while waiting for more news. “I’ll meet you at the Minrathouse!” Goldman cited the RT image below.
Minrathous is the world’s largest Dragon Age city – the capital of Tevinter – so it’s no surprise to see this mysterious magic call that gives them a home.

Dragon Age 4 has been in development for several years, and after being initially teased at The Game Awards in 2018, the game was correctly unveiled during the Gamescom Opening Night Live 2020.
Previously, we saw some key details about the continuation of BioWare revealed in BioWare: Stores and Secrets from 25 Years of Game Development, a new art book that takes readers on a tour of the colorful history of BioWare.
In the book, we learned that “the long-awaited sequel to Dragon Age: The Inquisition […] takes players to Tevinter because the Inquisition and Trespasser events threaten to change Thedas forever. “
EA said it expects Dragon Age 4 to arrive in 2022 or later, but it’s nice that we can start associating the types of characters we see in the game with hints of RPG placement.
