The launch of Madden 22 is getting closer and closer, which means a look at what’s new in EA’s latest title. Electronic Arts has been promising major changes to the franchise regime for some time, and EA Sports has already presented some details regarding the above-mentioned changes. At Madden 22 you will want to meet Staff Points. What are Staff Points and how can you earn these points? Let’s take a look at what EA has said about this feature.
In Madden 22 franchise mode, Staff Points can be used to upgrade the properties of the coach tree. The properties of the tree are basically the properties that each coach owns, and there are a number of upgrades that you will need to obtain to strengthen the attributes of that coach.
To earn Staff Points in franchise mode, you will be able to pick and select specific weekly team goals for each coach. This, according to EA Franchise’s Deep Dive video on the subject, can be done on the Weekly Team Goal Selection screen. These goals can range, for example, from getting more landings in the first half of the match to winning the game by 14 or more points.
If you are able to meet the goals, you will be able to earn Staff Points, which, as mentioned earlier, can be used to upgrade properties.
