The Sims 4: Cottage Living DLC package has arrived and will give you a chance to take your favorite Sims from the big city to the countryside. You will be able to take care of a wide range of animals, such as chickens and cows, which will allow you to grow your own cooking ingredients in your kitchen and build a massive farm full of animals that you can befriend. For many of these features, you’ll need to visit a particular Sims 4 neighborhood to make it happen, and you’ll need to purchase DLC Cottage Living. This guide details how to run the Sims 4: Cottage Living extension.
Before you expand, make sure you purchased the item at the Origin Store or EA Play Store. Both are valid places to buy them and use them with your copy of The Sims 4, preferably on the same platform. After you confirm this, we also recommend having a Sim family ready, or you can choose the ones you created before updating Cottage Living.
After you have done this, when you choose the community in which you want your Sims family to live, you want to choose the world of Henford-On-Bagley. In this world, you will be able to choose from three different communities where you can start your house and start your life on a farm. There will be one game in each of the communities you can join, and the one in Old New Henford is completely empty, giving you the opportunity to build an entire house from scratch. Land in The Bramblewood and Finchwick has places that already have the foundation of a house.
Once your Sims family moves and you start unpacking your belongings, you will settle down and start locating the nearest farm where you will have your upcoming cows and llamas.
