How to start Expunge: Styx in Destiny 2

Expunge: Styx is a new activity that was introduced in the 4th week of the Splicer season. In this activity, a fire brigade of up to three guards can try to get deep into the heart of Vex’s reality and collapse the systems they use to place an endless knight in the last city.

They will have to go through a strange maze, then eventually grab a powerful enemy to remove the source of power and collapse the reality simulation.

To start the mode, players will first need to complete the first four parts of the Path of the Splicer quest. These missions can be performed from HELM and will be available every week. Most players will do them every week, so it should be up to date and you will only need to complete The Path of the Spicer Part IV. Start by killing enemies to gather Ether, and then use ether to create key code in the Splicer Gauntlet. They will have to play in three different Override modes and after Path of the Splicer Part 4 they will have access to a new node on the Moon.

This is the Expunge: Styx knot and players can immerse themselves in it, either solo or with a fireteam. If you’re interested in playing solo, we haven’t had trouble finishing, so most players should be fine. You will have to work your way through a fairly simple maze and eventually deal with the boss fight.

This level of exploration is a bit more combat than the previous one and the player will have to spend time transporting short-term balls of energy through a maze filled with the enemy, which is a lot of fun.
