Working for the crowd is not a charming lifestyle. You will have to lie, cheat, steal and potentially eliminate certain individuals to get to the top of the rankings, and there are a lot of dramas along the way. It’s no different at BitLife, and this weekend the Goodfellas Challenge will test your knowledge of the Mafia, because you have to work for them, make your way into the ranks and then go to the police.
These are all tasks for the Goodfellas Challenge.
- Born as a man in New York
- Join the Italian mafia
- Get into the undergrowth
- Become a goldsmith
- Enter the witness protection program
The first task is to create a character who is a man from New York. We recommend creating a new character to complete this challenge if your current one is not a New York man. Still, it’s better to start the Goodfellas Challenge again, because of all the crime you have to do to complete it.
Another big task is for your character to join the Italian mafia. You can only do this after you have gained enough notoriety by completing crimes, causing problems, and potentially killing people, which will increase your overall crime rating. We strongly recommend eliminating the characters, robbing banks and houses to cause the most trouble. Eliminating NPCs in BitLife seems to be the fastest way to do this, along with imprisonment and sentence completion.
Once you are in the mafia, your next task is to become a fraud. The process of your character becoming an underboss is not an easy way. The best way to do this is to ignore other members of the mafia in your family and focus only on crimes. If you focus too much on trying to be friendly, or want to work with other members, they will become suspicious of you and not trust you. Low-ranking mafia members are not friendly with each other, especially with new members. Ignore them completely until they come to you, because you want to make friends with your character. Eventually you will gain the head of the mafia’s trust and he will promote you.
Once you reach the Underboss state, you must now start your family and become a goldsmith. You can do this from the mafia screen at the bottom of the menu. If you decide to do so, you will work with the police to create a case against your mob family. We strongly recommend becoming a goldsmith when almost all family members have a high relationship with your character. The higher their relationship, the more likely they are to provide you with incriminating evidence, which will make it easier for you to form a case. Over time, a case will be created and you have successfully worked with the police to arrest key members of your mob family.
Only after creating a case against a mafia family and successfully cooperating with the police can you complete the last task to enter the witness protection program. If you are a goldsmith and you do not provide enough evidence against your mob family, the police will send you directly to prison. In the witness protection program, your character will get a new name, a new life and will be in a different place. There is a chance that members of the mafia family will find you after everything rolls over, unfortunately.
After completing the last task for this challenge, you will receive an appearance item for your character to wear, and you can apply it to any character you create in your BitLife account.
