The first drop of Hitman 3 DLC will focus on greed.
IO Interactive announced Hitman 3 a new seven-part premium expansion that will call you “deep in your mind” Agent 47 The Seven Deadly Sins.
The content will include new gaming opportunities, different covenants and unique rewards in the spirit of sin based on the seven deadly sins.
The drops will be released over time through packages of content, each focusing on a different sin. You can expect an unlockable sin-themed suit and at least one sin-themed item that can be used in the world of Assassination. Some items may also have unique properties.
The first package of content, Greed, will be available at 30 March and take you back to Dubai. The emphasis is on a new escalation called The Greed Enumeration, which allows you to transfer certain objects between each of the three phases. As well as the new escalation, Greed includes an unlockable Rapacious Suit and two sin-themed items – Greedy Little Coin and The Devil’s Cane.
If you are interested in content packages, each can be purchased individually or at once as part of the Seven Deadly Sins Collection.
In addition to the Seven Deadly Sins collection, Hitman 3 players can expect escalations, selected contracts and elusive targets to be added to the game on a regular basis as part of free live content. This will include new elusive goals and new seasonal events such as the Berlin Egg Hunt. You can also expect the return of seasonal events from Hitman 1 and Hitman 2.
IO now releases regular content as part of Season of Sin, instead of a monthly schedule. Therefore, instead of the April plan, a season of greed will begin on March 30, which will begin the release of new content, paid and free for existing owners.
The season of sin can last anywhere between four and six weeks and can include escalations, selected covenants, and elusive goals. The full content of the plan for what is part of the greed season will be released in the first week of April.
