All Team Rocket grunt Pokémon teams and shadow Pokémon rewards in Pokémon Go – May 2021

Team Rocket has returned to Pokémon Go in the last few months and has gradually become a bigger issue in mobile gaming as it used its shadow Pokémon to attack Pokéstops. Players have a chance to defeat many grunts attacking these places, and each player who defeats Team Rocket Grunt has a chance to get a Pokémon shadow reward and a mysterious component. These components will be used to create a missile radar to find one Sierra, Arl or Cliff, the three leaders of Team Go Rocket.

The shadow Pokémon you can capture from these grunts depends on who you’re fighting. During Luminous Legends Y, at the end of the legend season, Team Rocket Grunts receive brand new Pokémon shadow rosters and new rewards. For those looking for a new shadow Pokémon to capture, you’ll want to fight as many grunts as you can meet.

Below is a list of Team Rocket grunt teams and their rewards, and this is a list that we are constantly updating.
